​The program is led by David Werdiger. David’s background as a second-generation family member, his 30+ years as a tech entrepreneur, and now family enterprise advisor and thought leader is a unique mix of expertise all of which are relevant to the issues this fellowship addresses.

​David is a member of the UHNW Institute, a global think tank of practitioners, and on the faculty for the family dynamics domain. He is an Adjunct Industry Fellow (Entrepreneurship) at Swinburne University, and a guest lecturer at Harvard Business School on families in business. He is the author of Transition: How to Prepare Your Family and Business for the Greatest Wealth Transfer in History and a regular speaker at conferences ​and events around the world. He is able to distill complex issues and present them simply and succinctly.

Mark Hansen

Originally from The Asian Leadership Institute – Asia’s oldest executive coaching firm with over 35 years of coaching with executives and family businesses. Mark is an experienced advisor to family businesses in both a strategic consulting and executive coaching role. He has extensive experience in family governance issues. Mark’s Masters in Psychology thesis was on counseling Asian business families.

Elizabeth has dedicated her entire career, of over 30 years, to advising private clients and provides holistic advice on wealth preservation, succession planning & family wellness.

Elizabeth is the CEO & Founder of Legacy Wealth Advisors Pte Ltd which provides independent succession planning and investment services to support families to preserve their wealth and ensure a smooth transition of wealth to the next generation. Legacy Wealth Advisors was awarded Independent Wealth Manager, South East Asia at the WealthBriefing Awards 2024.

Services both corporate and family business clients, drawing up his extensive experience in management consulting, family business management and corporate leadership roles. He also works in strategic advisory and executive training, primarily for Indonesia based clients.

Jaidip is a leadership coach working independently and with the Asian Leadership Institute, Chiang Mai. Jaidip combines his in-depth understanding of the corporate world with a holistic approach to leadership transformation. Over the last twelve years he has coached senior executives, entrepreneurs and teams across India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Russia, UK, ​France and the US.
Steven is a non-executive director, start-up advisor and qualified executive coach. He brings over 30 years’ experience in blue-chip international companies, where he held global and regional strategy, marketing, innovation and general management roles. His career has spanned companies as diverse as Visa, HSBC, Standard Chartered, Experian, IHG and Booz-Allen.
